Weather in Manila
has been excruciatingly hot for the past weeks. I had to leave home everyday at
around 12:30 noon time since my work is around 2pm, and that time is usually
when the Sun strikes it’s hottest! According to news
reports, the hottest temperature for the year 2012 in the National Capital
Region (Manila
included) is 35.9 ˚C last 22nd April, that’s almost 36 ˚C. They say that it can get even hotter these coming days. There are also reports stating that Heat
Stroke, Exhaustion and Stress are now common in the country, which I really do believe
because even I experience this every time I leave for work. Inline with this, I would like to share to you some tips below.

My Personal Tips:
- Wear loose fitting clothing.
- Always were sunscreen. Even when you're inside the house.
- Drink water. 8 glasses per day is highly recommended to prevent dehydration (the more the better!)
- Bring umbrellas, hands fans, and towel.
- Wear sun glasses to keep your eyes safe.
I hope this helps, if you still know any tips please comment below and I will post it. Be safe and Stay healthy!
